You can purchase messages if you are an admin in your Zendesk environment. When navigating to the app you can buy messages from the app settings, accessible from the gear icon:
Clicking the gear icon will open up the settings. Please click the "buy translation credits" button:
Once you have done that, you can choose how many messages you would like to purchase. One message is 3€ (plus taxes), and we'll show you the subtotal here:
Clicking the "buy messages" will get you to the payment page, hosted by Stripe. Once you have finished the payment, we will add credits to your account.
