You can install the Transfluent for Zendesk application from Zendesk Marketplace: https://www.zendesk.com/apps/support/18567/transfluent/
After clicking the "Install" button you will be taken to your Zendesk environment to install the application. Please choose who of your agents should be able to use the app, and click install.
Once installed we'll show you a pop-up asking to give Transfluent access to your Zendesk. Clicking the "Login with Zendesk" button opens up a new tab where you can review the access rights. After giving the access, you should get back to your Zendesk window see the following screen and need to wait for a bit:
Once the authentication has been completed, we ask for your company details in order to finalize the setup:
If something happened and you couldn't finish the installation, you can fill in the company details later by going to the ticket view, finding the application, and clicking the gear icon:
Once you have filled in the company details you can decide if there are languages you don't want to get automatically translated:
