When working on a batch job in Memsource, please do not set individual files as completed until you have translated and checked (Q&A) each file. Once you are done with all files, set them all as completed in one go. This way, you won’t lose access mid-job.
For example, if you’re translating the first out of three files that belong to the same batch job, confirm segments and run QA as usual. When done, leave the editor without changing the status and start work on the next file. You can also work on all files simultaneously by ticking the box next to each file name before clicking a file name to open the editor view. When all the segments have been confirmed and QA has been run on all the files, close the editor view, tick the box next to each file name, change their status to Completed, and you’re done.
If you set a job that belongs to a batch as Completed before the other jobs are ready, it will prevent you from accessing the rest of the jobs.
